1) D.C. Department of Transportation Representative to discuss parking, parking meters, and other topics.  Crittendon St. neighbors interested in adding parking meters or opposed to adding parking meters should attend.

2) Discussion on Amending our Bylaws, particularly identifying topics that general membership should vote on.
